Eater, Cochon and Hipstamatic™ have joined forces to launch a photo contest
where you compete against Scholium Project winemaker and boastful
photographer Abe Schoener. Participants will try to dethrone Abe by taking
better pictures than his at Cochon 555 events across the country. Entries
can be submitted using the Hipstamatic™ application or
at http://eater.com/cochon555/.

Following the 10-city US TOUR, a panel of industry professionals curated
by Cochon, Hipstamatic™ and Eater will have two weeks to select {5}
finalists images from the Hipstamatic community. The Finalists will be
posted on http://eater.com/cochon555/ and then the national community will
have 3 weeks to vote on their favorites. The Grand Prize Winner will be
announced in Las Vegas during All-Star Cochon on July 28th and will receive
an all-expenses Official Judge’s Seat in at the inaugural Heritage BBQ on
Labor Day (3 days of bourbon, BBQ and music, location still a secret) + a
case of Abe’s reserve wine.

The 5 finalists from the Hipstamatic™ community will all receive a
culinary “HeritagePak” from Cochon Founder, Brady Lowe.

CONTEST TERMS OF USE

All entries to be considered for the Grand Prize must be original works
created by the user. Void in Maryland, South Dakota and Vermont. Each valid entry can accumulate votes for the duration
of the contest and will be judged by a curated panel.

Entries can be submitted using the Hipstamatic™ application between January
20th, 2012 and May 21st, 2012.
Entries can ALSO be submitted anytime between January 20th, 2012 and June
21st, 2012 at http://www.eater.com/cochon555.

On June 1st, the panel will select five images from
the Hipstamatic™ community to win 5 “HeritagePak” prizes, and those
“Awarded” entries will advance to the Eater landing page on July 1st, 2012
to qualify for the Grand Prize hosted by Cochon 555. Grand Prize Entries can
be submitted anytime between January 20th, 2012 and July 21st, 2012
at http://www.eater.com/cochon555. On July 1st, ten ¹⁰ finalists will be
selected, ⁵ from the Eater Community and ⁵ from Hipstamatic™ Community,
and those “Awarded” entries will be posted at
http://www.eater.com/cochon555. The national community will have 3 weeks to
vote for their favorite photo. The GRAND PRIZE winner will be announced on
August 1st and then winner will be notified by email.
